Strip Image Metadata Before You Share

Inspect the hidden EXIF, XMP and text chunks inside your photos, then remove exactly what you choose — one image or a whole batch. Everything runs in this tab, so your files never leave the device.

Cleaning profile

Every tracking and provenance segment is stripped; ICC color profiles are preserved.

Write a fresh Make, Model and ISO block into every cleaned image.

No images queued

Add JPEG, PNG or WebP images above to build a batch. You can queue 30+ files and clean them all at once.

Awaiting an image

Drop a JPEG, PNG or WebP above to read its metadata. Parsed fields appear here as a grouped evidence table.

How It Works

  1. 1

Drop one image or a whole batch into the workspace; each file is read into memory with the File API and never uploaded.

  2. 2

The parser walks the container byte by byte, decoding EXIF, XMP, PNG text chunks and C2PA/JUMBF manifests into a grouped evidence table.

  3. 3

Choose full annihilation or check only the categories you want gone, then clean the image or the entire queue.

  4. 4

Download the cleaned file or a ZIP of the whole batch; the pixel payload is copied verbatim so the image still opens.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are my images uploaded to a server?

No. Every byte is read, parsed and rewritten inside your browser tab using the File API and typed arrays. Nothing is sent over the network.

Will cleaning break my image?

No. Only metadata segments are removed; the compressed pixel payload is copied verbatim, and ICC color profiles are always preserved so colors stay accurate.

Which formats are supported?

JPEG, PNG and WebP. Each container is parsed with its own segment walker so EXIF, XMP, text chunks and C2PA manifests are all handled correctly.
